FABRIC
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the fabric details (colors & design) of our products that appear on our Site. However, as the details you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any fabric will be accurate. Adult supervision is strongly recommended if child is wearing Sugar Bee Apron.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Susan & Veronica, Inc. harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms of Use, and/or any of the foregoing agreements, representations, and warranties.

MISCELLANEOUS
Unless otherwise specified, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting and selling products and services provided by Susan & Veronica, Inc.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and/or federal courts. The waiver of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of Susan & Veronica, Inc.’s right to later require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This constitutes the entire agreement between us relating to your use of the Site and shall not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.

TERMINATION
These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or Susan & Veronica, Inc. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Susan & Veronica, Inc. also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Susan & Veronica, Inc.‘s sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or Susan & Veronica, Inc. , you must immediately discontinue use of this Site and promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of use or otherwise. Note that certain provisions of this Agreement (Site Contents; User Comments, Materials, Feedback, and Postcards; Disclaimer; and Indemnity) will survive termination.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We will be happy to offer a refund for aprons returned within 14 days of shipping order date. Aprons must be in their original unworn condition, wrapped in original packaging and with tags attached. Please note that the shipping fee is not included in the refund and a 25% re-stocking fee will be deducted.
Please ship back via insured, certified USPS mail, Fed Ex or UPS. Sale items are final sale. No exceptions.Please send an e-mail requesting a return form to returns@susanandveronica.com.  Print, fill out the return form and ship to:

We will email you once your returned item has been received and processed.  Please allow 3-5 business days for internet return processing.  We are unable to exchange items.  In order to exchange an item, we suggest returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you want.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping and handling fees are free courtesy of susanandveronica.com.  We use USPS Priority Mail service to ship anywhere in the United States.  Orders will arrive 3-5 business days from date of order. Delivery dates apply to in-stock items only.  As inventory fluctuates rapidly, an item indicated as “in stock” may, in fact, be “out of stock”. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email within 24 hours to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder.  The email will also offer alternate apron options or provide you with information on how to cancel your order if you choose not to wait until your apron becomes available.  

CANCELLATION POLICY
To cancel an order you have placed with susanandveronica.com, you must contact customer service by email at sales@susanandveronica.com prior to 4PM.  We will make every effort to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When emailing customer service for a cancellation request, please include your name, contact info and order number. Please note that once your apron has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In this case, you will be able to return the item for a full refund minus re-stocking fee.
